The All-Inclusive Report * provides clinically focused pharmacogenetic information as it relates to the patient's drug regimen and select lifestyle factors (caffeine, smoking and grapefruit consumption) based on genetic test results for four drug metabolizing genes from the cytochrome P450 (CYP450) family. The All-Inclusive Report * also provides information on the contribution of CYP450 genes to the metabolism of currently marketed hormonal supplements, herbals and recreational drugs. It presents information on CYP450-based drug-drug and drug-lifestyle interactions that are present in the patient's current regimen.
One of the features distinguishing the All-Inclusive* from the Drug-Gene Report is the Drug Management Guide provides a reference guide for a panel of over 200 drugs that interact with CYP450 enzymes as substrates, inducers or inhibitors. The Guide is organized by drug therapeutic class, which helps to review medications in the same class, based on the patient's genotype.
*Please note that genetic testing is done by an independent third-party CLIA-approved laboratory in the United States.
Our Signature Genetics All-Inclusive Report* can provide information on drug metabolism for the following genes:
- CYP2D6
- CYP2C9
- CYP2C19
- CYP1A2
